Claire takes a holistic approach to Physiotherapy and considers how the whole body functions in her approach to assessing and treating clients. She considers how factors such as social or workplace activities and a persons mental wellbeing can affect the body and the health problem in question and may need to be altered in order to get the best outcome from physiotherapy.

£ 60 initial consultation face to face (45 minute appointment)

Claire uses many approaches to help women overcome their problems, including Pilates exercises, postural awareness training, manual/ hands on physiotherapy and the principles of pelvic floor exercise training.
Your exact treatment and rehabilitation plan will depend on your symptoms, number of children and birth history, overall health and stage of pregnancy (for antenatal clients). This will be agreed with you following an indepth initial consulation and assessment, face to face or through video (using zoom).
Claire has trained with the PGOP (pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological physiothrapy society), has worked in womens health within the NHS and has experience teaching pre and post natal Pilates.
